岗位要求

As Sales Support Officer your rolewill consist of issuing, administration and follow-up of quotations and orders.You are one on one linked to several outside sales representatives worldwide toensure correct order administration and support. Your tasks will consist of:

  • Independently registration of sales quotations for all order types
  • Correct order management and invoicing
  • Acting service minded, both to the internal organization and for our customers and dealers
  • Aligning availability and delivery times for (smaller) orders with the Engineering, Production, Procurement and Service departments
  • Filing all sales documents
  • Sales support to sales account managers on site
  • Update the CRM every week for projects above 200,000 RMB
  • Other assignments arranged by department manager and sales account managers.

To be eligible for this positionSales Support Officer, you must be service minded towards our client and havethe following:

  • relevant education on senior secondary vocational education level with an affinity for commerce
  • minimum of three to five years’ experience in a comparable commercial position
  • experience and affinity with technology and familiarity with international operations
  • a strong command of English, both written and spoken, for external and internal communications
  • experience with Windows Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and an ERP system – knowledge of ISAH would be beneficial
  • matching competences: customer and service oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, take ownership, flexibility, can-do attitude, self-starting and not afraid approaching others to look for the right solutions at the need for the client.
