岗位要求
Based at Tianjin and reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for actively grow and develop the business via a sales strategy and action plan. He/she has to proactively approach the market and act as an sales expert in our products.
Main tasks:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy and action plan for business development
• Explore market and look for new developments and opportunities.
• Acts as a sparring partner for our clients, project developers and other parties who prescribe foundations solutions.
• Responsible for managing key customer accounts and developing valuable relationships.
• Attract and engage with new and existing clients to explain features and merits of products and services in order to solicit orders. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customer’s needs.
• Respond to all queries concerning a product or service, such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Attend relevant industry trade shows and exhibitions.
• Prepare exhibition and client visit reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information log relating to client contact information, project leads, tenders and quotations.
• Actively participate in regular market meetings and other wider sales team meetings as required.
• Produce technical bids and completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Perform after sales evaluation, measure customer satisfaction and initiate actions in order to optimize customer satisfaction.

Qualification:
• A relevant Bachelor degree (commercial / technical).
• Preferable 5 + years of experience in similar position.
• Preferable vast experience in dredging market.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Hands on attitude.
• Solid technical understanding.
• Strong skills for taking personal initiatives and commitments.
• Computer skills, MS Office and experience with ERP software.
