莫诺自年发明并生产单螺杆泵,七十多年来一直在螺杆泵行业处于领先地位,基于不断的发展和创新,公司目前主要提供螺杆泵、切割机、粉碎性格栅、成套脱水设备等,优异的产品加上优质的服务,使莫诺成为客户的首选品牌;产品广泛应用于水处理、石油化工、食品医药、造纸、矿业冶炼等行业。 职位: 区域销售经理 汇报对象: 中国区销售经理 主要职责: 在所属区域内推销莫诺系列产品,发展经销商,发展和协调大客户以及长期配套客户关系 ,应收帐款跟踪和回收等,主要包括: ? 在所属区域内推销公司系列产品,主要包括莫诺单螺杆泵、格栅等系列产品;主要针对行业为环保、造纸、石油化工、矿业、食品等行业。 ? 跟踪所属区域设计院、配套客户、工程公司和关键客户等,发展并管理经销商等合作伙伴。 ? 收集相关信息并组织展会、行业协会或者产品研讨会等,提升莫诺品牌和产品知名度。 ? 组织并实施针对经销商、关键客户的培训。 ? 收集竞争对手信息并及时反馈公司。 ? 制定月度、周计划并及时向公司汇报。 ? 和公司其他部门、部门其他人员合作,及时完成月度、年度指标。 技能要求: ? 市场营销、机械等相关专业,全日制大专以上专科学校毕业。 ? 具有三年以上泵阀、环保设备或者石油化工等行业设备销售经验,或没有相关行业经验,但证明有优异销售能力的。 ? 勤奋刻苦、积极进取、能在高压力下工作并完成公司任务。 ? 优异的销售能力和技巧,具有团队合作精神,对公司忠诚。 ? 英语流利读写、一定的听说表达能力。 薪资: ? 对合格人员,公司将提供具有竞争力的薪资待遇 Main Objective: To develop profitable sales of Mono products in the South China Region through key account management and development of further sales channels through identifying and working with local distributor/agent and OEM companies. Duties: * Development Mono products (PC pumps and Muncher & Screen) into selected industry sectors/ waste water & water, Paper& Chemical, Food, Oil-Gas etc. * Developing contacts with local key companies including Design Institutes, key end users, contractors and OEM's * Promotion of Mono products through relevant channels, including exhibitions, advertising and seminars as appropriate * Identifying and evaluating potential partners for Mono in the Region, to include both Distributor and Agents as appropriate * Identifying opportunities for Universal parts sales to existing users of competitors' equipment * Carry out relevant training to both customers and distributor/agent partners * Provide timely reports on activities in the Region * Identify potential new applications for our equipment in the Region Skills: * Fluid handling experience gained with a pump company or through relevant employment in a similar type of company * Engineering related degree * Mechanical or process engineering background * Sales skills to win the business in a competitive environment * Ability to work independently in the Region, and communicate well with colleagues in the Company * Enthusiastic, hard working, honest. * English language capability Company Introduction of MONO Mono is the world leader in the supply of progressing cavity pumps, grinders and screens for use in fluid handling applications across many different industries.
